Multibuild secures Peel contract

Stockport-based contractor Multibuild has won the contract to build a new 101-bedroom hotel at Liverpool John Lennon Airport for client Peel. The three-storey landmark hotel is scheduled for completion in February 2010 and will be operated by Whitbread under its Premier Inn brand. The project is Multibuild’s third in succession for Peel, emphasising the successful relationships that the contractor has built with the property investor and developer.
