Rezidor sets completion date for new Manchester hotel

A new 252-bedroom hotel being built in Manchester is set to open its doors to guests by the middle of June.

The £37m, four-star Park Inn Manchester is being built on Cheetham Hill Road in the Greenquarter development. The hotel will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group and boast 252 rooms including six suites and business facilities with a conference space capable of holding over 200 people.

The Park Inn will also have its own restaurant with an outdoor terrace and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym and treatment rooms.

The hotel which is being developed by City Park Manchester will be the 24th site opened in the UK by Rezidor under the Park Inn brand.
