Abode gets fresh

The Michael Caines Café Bar & Grill at Manchester’s Abode hotel was last night relaunched by two-starred Michelin chef Caines and a host of local food suppliers. Caines told Insider: “Local produce is so important to us. And in terms of what we offer here, it’s important to keep freshening up your offer. It’s a tough market but we’re doing well and are pleased with progress.”
