Midland gets new manager

The iconic Midland Hotel in Morecambe, which reopened in 2008 after restoration work by property developer Urban Splash, has appointed Matt Stanaway as its new manager. He has 17 years’ experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, including two years as operations manager at the four-star Lancaster House Hotel. The Midland is managed by English Lakes Hotels.
