King Sturge has submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council for demolition and new construction on the fifth floor roof area at 19-31 Piccadilly. The application, on behalf of Jolan Piccadilly and Travelodge, seeks to create two new storeys of accommodation as part of a 157-bedroom hotel over six storeys. The application also seeks a range of consents for the ground floor, which is currently occupied by Nobles Amusements.
