Abode Chester appoints management team

Abode Chester, due to open next month, has appointed its management team to help general manager Faye Kelly oversee 120 staff members.

Ellie Britton joins from Radisson Blu, Liverpool as front of house/revenues manager while Stephanie Morgan, of De Vere hotels is reception manager. Night manager is Matthew Orr of Crowne Plaza, Chester, head housekeeper is Moira Smith and Matthew Courtneidge joins as meetings and events manager.

Neil Parker of Blue Rainbow Apartments in Manchester comes to Abode as financial controller while Christophe Hesbert, who has spent the last five years working for Abode, has been appointed operations manager.

Abode Chester will be the fifth hotel to open under the Abode brand and is part of plans to expand the brand to 15 sites in ’strategic locations’ in the UK over the next few years.
