The grand awards ceremony, which will be presented by renowned food and drink journalist, Nigel Barden, will take place on the evening of Monday 12 April 2010 at The Hilton Deansgate, Manchester, where all the finalists will be in with a chance of bringing home the coveted title.
Thom Hetherington, managing director of Moorfield Media, organisers of the awards, commented: “The calibre of entries this year has been exceptionally high, with a number of Michelin starred establishments taking part, which is great to see.
“Our judges had an incredibly tough time whittling down the entries as so many were hugely impressive. They have now made their decisions though and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the entrants for taking part and wish all the finalists the very best of luck for the big night.”
