Show Preview: Best of Lakeland Hospitality Show 2010

A highlight of the hospitality business calendar…the not-to-be-missed Lakeland Hospitality Show is taking place at the Hydro Hotel, Bowness-on-Windermere on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th March.

The annual industry show, will be bursting with trade products from innovative catering equipment, beautiful bed linen and bathrooms - to delicious local meats and cheeses, beers and chutneys. A large marquee in the hotel grounds, boasts a rich array of tourist attractions and fabulous catering demonstrations put together by the very best chefs.

Top chefs will include, Nigel Mendham, Michelin-Stared Chef for The Samling Hotel, Windermere, who will be concocting fantastic dishes alongside many other highly respected chefs from around the North West.

Visitors to the Show will be able to taste the food prepared, plus two lucky visitors will be given the opportunity to sample ‘a come dine with me’ experience after every cooking demonstration.

Cooking demonstrations will take place on an hourly basis throughout the two days of the Show, with Kendal College staff serving food to two chosen people from the audience.
