Crowne Plaza hotels intend to improve the sleep experience for all its guests with the launch of a new SleepAdvantage programme.
The hotel brand, owned by InterContinental Hotels Group, has worked with sleep doctor and founder of the British Sleep Society, Dr Chris Idzikowski, to help achieve a great night’s sleep for guests.
Due to feature in all 92 Crowne Plaza hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa by the end of 2010, the SleepAdvantage programme will offer luxurious bedding with 200 thread count, 100% cotton sheets and microfiber duvets, a Quiet Zone with a ban on noise from 21.00 to 10.00, and ThisWorks aromatherapy kits intended to help guests unwind and relax.
Guests are also offered a guaranteed wake-up call which if they don’t receive within five minutes of the requested time, they will be given a complimentary stay.
A series of five podcasts, available at www.crowneplaza.co.uk/sleepadvantage,, offers guests advice of how to achieve the best night’s sleep.
