Beetham Hotels Liverpool and Beetham Hotels Manchester have been bought out of administration by two companies set up to complete the deals.

Joint administrators from KPMG confirmed the sale of both companies to Blue Liverpool and Blue Manchester respectively.

Brian Green, joint administrator and restructuring partner at KPMG, said: “We are delighted to announce the sale of the businesses, with no disruption to day to day operations and no job losses.

“Hilton Worldwide and Radisson are continuing to manage the day to day operations at the hotels in Liverpool and Manchester”

KPMG said the buyer would be honouring all existing customer and supplier agreements and any queries should be directed to the hotels themselves.

Approximately 340 staff are employed at the Hilton in Manchester and about 80 staff are employed at the Radisson in Liverpool.

No details have yet been released regarding the ownership of Blue Liverpool and Blue Manchester.

it is absolutely disguisting that a staff who were employed 3-4 years ago with NVQ 2 are placed on a minimum wage for as long as they remain employed by hotel that declare profits. Most of the work is done by these people who never have a wage increase while other staff who just remain in offices continue to enjoy pay rises and bonus- this is so disgusting!!
