Manchester Food & Drink Festival are hosting “A Jolly Day Off” industry day to raise money for Hospitality Action on Monday 10th October.

The Jolly Day Off event will take place at the Festival Hub on Albert Square, from 12 noon until late and will feature a number of big games provided by Sunshine Events.

Throughout the afternoon General Managers and industry leaders from across the city will also be “in the stocks” to help raise much needed funds for the hospitality industries charity.

In the evening there will be a MFDF Pub Quiz, with legendarily DJ and presenter Pete Mitchell as host, with rounds set by Quiz Masters including Manchester Confidential’s Jonathan Schofield, and MFDF’s Phil Jones.

The quiz starts 7.30pm with last registration for teams at 6pm. The cost is £10 per team including a glass of wine or beer on arrival.
