Only England’s most renowned attractions, accommodation and tourism experiences have been shortlisted for The VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2012. Nominated for the 2012 Taste of England award is the Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester Hotel, for its standalone Opus One restaurant.
Famed for being the highest accolade in English tourism, the prestigious awards for excellence recognise businesses that incorporate best practice throughout their operation and also celebrate the very best quality and innovation; helping to raise standards across the industry and secure England’s place as a world-class holiday destination.
The Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester will compete with a stellar line-up of UK attractions and businesses to scoop the Taste of England award, which goes to establishments that work hard to ensure its food and drink experience is one that won’t be forgotten.
Commented General Manager Stephen Miles: “I am honoured that the hotel has been selected for the Taste of England award, and I am very proud of the team for their commitments and efforts in making this happen. Our focus helps us to deliver consistently high standards; we will continue to maintain our quality visitor experience and help to ensure England’s place as a world-class destination.”
